Biography
Dennis Marchalonis brings more than three decades of distinguished experience in federal law enforcement, public safety training, and corporate security leadership. He served 24 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Newark, New Jersey Division, where he conducted both reactive and proactive criminal investigations. His investigative work included major cases involving bank robberies, extortion, kidnapping, and fugitive apprehension, as well as complex organized crime investigations under RICO statutes.
During his tenure with the FBI, Marchalonis held key leadership roles, including Supervisory Special Agent in the Organized Crime Unit and Organized Crime Investigative Coordinator for the Newark Division. In these positions, he oversaw investigative strategies, coordinated multi-agency efforts, and led initiatives targeting high-level criminal enterprises.
In addition to his investigative work, Marchalonis is an FBI-certified police instructor who has delivered training and workshops to local and state law enforcement personnel, as well as college students throughout New Jersey. His commitment to education reflects a passion for developing the next generation of criminal justice professionals.
Following his federal service, Marchalonis spent 12 years as Regional Security Director for PepsiCo, where he was responsible for security operations across more than 100 facilities in 14 states throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. In this role, he managed large-scale security programs, risk mitigation strategies, and organizational safety initiatives.
